Winning NaNoWriMo

I have been working hard on National Novel Writing Month for the past 27 days. And yesterday I won.

And this years NaNoWriMo is the best I have ever done. Even when I had won in the past the month did not go as well as this year’s did.

NaNoWriMo Day 15 – Halfway There

I can’t believe that November is halfway over already.

Just an hour or so ago I just wrapped my head around the fact that here in the U.S. Thanksgiving Day is next week.

And NaNoWriMo has reached its mid-point.

I haven’t been on technology much today. I did a little writing using my iPad and I checked Twitter once while waiting in the dentist office for my son. 

Most of all I pledged to myself not to go on Facebook all day. 

And because of that I feel fantastic. Calm and relaxed. 

It pays to stay off Facebook every once in a while. 

NaNoWriMo Update – Day 10

This is the tenth day of National Novel Writing Month and for the first time in I think ever I have stayed a head of pace every single day.

Up until yesterday I was averaging over 2,000 words per day. Yesterday my writing took a little dip and the average dropped below 2,000 pre day, but still stayed above the require 1,667.
