Fasting

I haven’t been on technology much today. I did a little writing using my iPad and I checked Twitter once while waiting in the dentist office for my son. 

Most of all I pledged to myself not to go on Facebook all day. 

And because of that I feel fantastic. Calm and relaxed. 

It pays to stay off Facebook every once in a while. 

Vine Was Still A Thing?

I remember a time, not too long ago, when just about every video I saw shared in my social media feeds was about 6 seconds long.

So Many Podcasts

I don’t really listen to a lot of music. Instead, I am the type of guy that could listen to talk radio all day long. The problem is that the talk that appears on regular radio stations isn’t that interesting.
